An unforgettable stay! The staff was phenomenal, especially Eddie and Jamie who greeted us with smiles each morning. Room was beautifully decorated and super cozy, feeling like sleeping in clouds. Breakfast offered a delightful menu with options made with love, and the tamarind juice was a refreshing highlight!

if you're looking for a stellar experience, this isn't it. the bar blasts noise until 4 am, and don’t count on basic amenities like a hairdryer unless you ask multiple times. i even expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but obviously, that was too much to hope for. almost left a good review, but couldn’t.

During my stay, I faced multiple issues with basic amenities. The absence of a hairdryer and conflicting information about drinkable water caused frustration. Additionally, the hotel's remote location made it difficult to access transportation, which added to the overall inconvenience.

Unfortunately, the gym was under renovation during my stay, which was disappointing as I had planned to use that facility.

Positive, I had an unforgettable stay! The spacious Studio with Garden View was beautifully decorated with a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was made with love, especially the tamarind juice! The staff, like Jade and Carolina, were helpful and friendly, making every moment enjoyable. The pool was clean and open 24/7.

I had a fantastic time at this spot. the tamarind juice at breakfast was a delightful surprise, and I loved lounging by the big, clean pool! Only bummer was some minor breakfast confusion. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Amazing staff made our stay special

We had such a fun time at this hotel! The staff was super friendly, especially Jade and Caro who made us feel right at home. The room was really cozy, like a mini apartment. The pool area was nice, but the lounge chairs were often taken, which made sunbathing a bit tricky. Breakfast choices were fab and freshly prepared.

Highly recommend for couples seeking relaxation

This place exceeded my expectations , everything was super clean and newly remodeled. I loved that the room had a full kitchen , washer and dryer , and the shower was just cool enough to forget about everything else outside.

It wasn’t cheap , but I’d say it was still worth it.

great stay but minor room issues

The Junior Suite with Terrace was very nice with a cozy environment. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. I appreciated the coworking space. it had great wifi/internet speed, making it convenient to get some work done. The garden view was a real treat since it added a peaceful vibe to my stay.

It was just an optimal selection for short stay in Punta Cana with good value. The pool area was nice for relaxing after a day out. Make sure to check the taxi directions for easy rides to and from the hotel.
